. . . I've posted a photo of the new Petals yarn on my blog. I'm very happy with it--now if I could just finish up the Poppies, I'd be all set!

Last Petals Collection installment arrived today...

The color is gorgeous even if it's not one I would ever choose for myself. I love the pattern—I'll have to exercise some restraint so I don't start this pair of socks. (Chant to self: must finish Christmas presents first!) I'll try and post pictures on my own blog later today.

Finished - dahlia in grape hyacinth

I decided to mix things up a bit and used a different pattern than the yarn inspired - I really like the end product. The pattern, with all of it's twisted stitches really shows definition in a semi-solid colorway - love it!

I wrote more about my socks over at my blog! Is anyone else crying in their beer that the last installment is on the way? This was the best sock club ever.
