"Lenten Rose" - Lilacs pattern

I finally finished a pair of socks in the "Lilacs" pattern by Jeanie Townsend, using Sundara's beautiful Lenten Rose color. The yarn was such a delight to work with, soft yet substantial, and it made this pretty pattern look even nicer than I expected.

I used size 0 needles for the body of the sock, and used size 000 (!) for the sole, for a firmer fabric. I'm a loose knitter, and using size 000 needles does get a bit tedious... But I use the two circular needles method, and I haven't found anyone who makes size 00 in a 24-inch circular yet.

The lilac pattern looks great with the yarn! (Your skein looks lighter in color for some reason than others do.) Beautiful job! Enjoy them!

Do you have 000s in a circular? I need that! :)
